1. Personality & Self-Development

2. Food & Beverage Service

  • Food & Safety Hygiene: Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards to protect guest health and maintain compliance with regulations.

  • Types of Service: Learn various service styles, including formal, casual, and buffet, tailored to different dining scenarios.

  • Table Setting and Dining Etiquette: Master the art of table setting and understand dining etiquette to provide a refined and elegant dining experience.

  • Menu Setting: Develop skills in creating diverse menus that cater to various preferences, including food and wine pairing to enhance the dining experience.


3. Records Management

  • Cost Saving Measures: Discover methods for reducing costs while maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

  • Reporting and Record Maintenance: Master the techniques for maintaining accurate records and generating reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
